A one-day seminar on 'Fluency Assessment and Management' was organized by Nitte Institute of Speech and Hearing on 23rd March 2024 at Avishkar Auditorium, Deralakatte, Mangalore . The program was officially inaugurated by the Chief guest, Dr. Nagesh Prabhu, Director (Curriculum Development), Nitte University in the presence of Dr. H.S. Venkatagiri, Associate Professor Emeritus, IOWA State University, USA, Prof T Dattatreya, Professor Emeritus, NISH, Ms. Shwetha, Principal, NISH, Dr. Jayshree Bhat,Sr. Professor and Dr. Deepthi K.J., Organizing Secretary.

Dr. H.S. Venkatagiri, Prof. (Dr.) Santhosh M, Dept. of Speech Language Sciences, AIISH, Mysuru, and Dr. Priyanka Kashyap, Speech Language Pathologist, Mysuru served as the resource persons for the program. The UG & PG students and professionals from Speech and Hearing institutes from Mangalore, Bangalore, Dharwad, Manipal and Kasaragod attended the program.
